LovelyBone Games creates adult visual novels and related material intended only for people who are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age to view adult content where they live. Do not access the website, games, previews, or community if you are under that age or if this material is unlawful in your location.
All depicted characters are fictional and 18 years of age or older. Intimate encounters depicted by LovelyBone Games are fictional and consensual.

The stories, characters, conversations, events, and situations presented in LovelyBone games are fictional. Any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental unless a reference is clearly identified.
Content may include nudity, sexual themes, mature relationships, strong language, emotional conflict, secrecy, jealousy, and other material that some people may find sensitive. Descriptions and previews are provided to help visitors make an informed choice before viewing or playing.

A Patreon membership supports LovelyBone's ongoing creative work. It is not an investment, partnership, equity interest, ownership stake, commission, or purchase of the studio or its intellectual property.
Patreon memberships may renew and charge on a recurring basis. Patreon displays the applicable price, currency, taxes, billing schedule, and payment terms before a membership is confirmed. Patreon processes payments and applies its own terms, privacy practices, cancellation rules, and refund policies.

Supporter benefits depend on the tier and eligibility Patreon reports for the connected account. Launch Crew access is currently included with Classic Boner and higher eligible tiers. Current benefits are described on the relevant Patreon tier and LovelyBone website pages.
Cancelling a Patreon membership does not always end access immediately. Depending on Patreon's billing model and the member's paid period, access may continue until Patreon reports that the entitlement has ended. Removing a LovelyBone website account and cancelling a Patreon membership are separate actions.
Benefits, formats, delivery methods, and eligibility may change for future billing periods as the games and website develop. Any material change will be communicated through the relevant membership or site page. Support does not guarantee a particular release date, feature, update schedule, or creative outcome unless it is specifically included in the current benefit description.

TGIS, Heartframe, the LovelyBone website, and other preview material may be works in progress. A preview can contain unfinished scenes, placeholder or changing assets, incomplete features, performance issues, bugs, and save incompatibilities.
Roadmaps, targets, estimates, and tentative release dates describe current intentions, not guaranteed delivery dates. Features, presentation, content, pricing, access rules, and release plans may change during development.

The website, browser games, downloads, and member services may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, security work, service interruptions, or events outside LovelyBone's reasonable control. Access may also be limited or suspended when necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, comply with law, or enforce community and membership rules.
Reasonable care is taken to keep the site working, but continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible access cannot be guaranteed.

Some game progress, preferences, and temporary data may be stored locally in the browser or on the device. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, changing devices or browsers, uninstalling software, or losing access to a device can remove local data.
Cross-device syncing or cloud recovery is available only when the site or game specifically says it is active for that account and title. Keep any available backup or export when progress is important. LovelyBone cannot promise recovery of local data that was never synced or backed up.

The site may link to Patreon, social platforms, payment services, media hosts, and other third-party destinations. Those services are controlled by their respective operators and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
A link is provided for convenience and does not guarantee that the destination, content, offer, or service will remain available. LovelyBone is not responsible for third-party outages, security practices, policy changes, or content outside its control.

Community posts, comments, reactions, usernames, and uploaded media express the views of their authors. They are not automatically endorsed by LovelyBone Games. Members are responsible for content they submit and for having the right to share it.
LovelyBone may review, hide, or remove content and may restrict accounts to protect members and the service. Prohibited material includes harassment, unlawful content, content involving minors, nonconsensual real-person sexual material, malicious files, impersonation, and redistribution of private or paid supporter content.

Unless otherwise identified, LovelyBone's games, stories, characters, dialogue, branding, layouts, renders, images, video, audio, code, and other original material are owned by or licensed to LovelyBone Games and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Access is for personal, noncommercial use. It does not grant permission to redistribute paid or private material, republish complete game files, sell or repackage assets, scrape protected content, remove ownership notices, or present LovelyBone material as someone else's work.

Some promotional, background, environmental, and enhancement materials may be AI-assisted. Story, characters, 3D renders, posing, scene direction, editing, and final composition are created and curated by LovelyBone. Specific credits or notices may provide more detail for an individual release.

LovelyBone games and website content are provided for entertainment and general information. Fictional situations and community discussions are not legal, medical, financial, mental health, relationship, or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, games, previews, and related services are provided as available, without promises that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from data loss.
LovelyBone Games is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on tentative information, third-party services, unsupported devices, or local data that was not backed up. Nothing on this page excludes, restricts, or overrides a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
