Agreement and eligibility

You must be at least 18, have reached the legal age to view adult material where you live, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for complying with local law. Do not use the service if adult content is unlawful for you.

The service

LovelyBone Games provides adult visual novels, development previews, studio updates, supporter features, accounts, and a member community. Parts of the service are unfinished and may change. Features may be added, modified, paused, or removed when needed for development, security, legal compliance, or a sustainable release.

Accounts and access

A LovelyBone account is created by connecting an eligible Patreon account. Keep access to your Patreon account secure and do not let another person use your LovelyBone session. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

Access depends on the membership information Patreon reports. A cancellation may leave benefits active until the paid period ends. LovelyBone may recheck eligibility and may correct access that was granted because of stale, mistaken, or manipulated information.

Patreon support

Membership payments are made to support ongoing creative work. Patreon controls checkout, recurring billing, taxes, cancellation, and payment handling under its own terms. A membership is not an investment, ownership interest, commission, or guarantee of a particular feature, date, or creative decision.

Benefits are those described for the applicable tier and billing period. Future benefits, prices, schedules, and access rules may change with appropriate notice. Cancelling Patreon and deleting a LovelyBone website account are separate actions.

Community rules

Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, evade blocks, disclose private information, upload malicious material, infringe another person's rights, redistribute private supporter content, or post unlawful content. Content involving minors, nonconsensual real-person sexual material, or exploitation is prohibited.

Label substantial spoilers and mature discussions. Follow moderator directions intended to protect the community and service.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give LovelyBone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate, protect, and present the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for cached, backup, legal, or conversation-integrity copies retained for a limited necessary period.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it complies with these terms. Do not upload confidential information or content you are not permitted to share.

LovelyBone content

LovelyBone branding, games, stories, characters, dialogue, renders, images, audio, video, layouts, software, and other original material are owned by or licensed to LovelyBone Games. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, noncommercial right to access eligible material through the provided service.

You may not redistribute private or paid material, publish complete game files, scrape protected content, bypass access controls, sell or repackage assets, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, or remove ownership notices.

Games and previews

Preview software may contain bugs, unfinished content, changing assets, and save incompatibilities. Local browser saves can be lost if storage is cleared or a device changes. When a game reports that cloud synchronization is active, the synchronized account copy is an additional recovery path, not a guarantee that rewritten or unavailable game content will remain compatible forever. Dates, roadmaps, features, and screenshots describe current plans and may change. Do not rely on a tentative release date as a guaranteed delivery date.

Third parties

Patreon and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. LovelyBone is not responsible for a third party's availability, billing decisions, policies, security, or content. A link does not transfer control of that service to LovelyBone.

Suspension and deletion

LovelyBone may remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or end access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or respond to lost Patreon eligibility. When practical and safe, the reason will be communicated.

You may delete your LovelyBone account at any time. Deletion does not cancel Patreon and does not automatically erase browser-local game data.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, universally compatible, or permanently available operation. LovelyBone is not responsible for indirect loss caused by unsupported devices, third-party services, tentative information, or local data that was not backed up.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, consumer protection, privacy right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The separate disclaimer provides additional content and development disclosures.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects existing members, notice will be provided through the site or relevant supporter channel when appropriate. Continuing to use the service after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
